All product is delivered FOB River's End dock, Clarksville, TN. River's End will assist in arranging shipping. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs and all applicable taxes. Shipping and handling and taxes will be separately stated and invoiced. Same day shipping is no longer guaranteed.

All prices, terms and conditions of sale and merchandise are subject to change without notice.

The dispute resolution, choice of law, and limitation of liability provisions set forth in paragraphs 5 and 6 of River's End Credit Terms and Conditions set forth on this webpage shall apply.

Decoration Services No Longer Available

River's End Trading Company will no longer provide decoration services beginning Tuesday, June 20th. Orders must be received by 6:00 pm CT on Monday, June 19th in order to be decorated. Because our HUGE BLOWOUT SALE pricing is not eligible for decorated orders, decorated products will not receive discounted pricing.


Credit Card Orders Only

River's End Trading Company no longer offers terms as a payment option. All orders must be placed using a credit card. Any PO's submitted without a credit card will be held for 72 hours. If we do not receive credit card information within 72 hours, the order will be canceled.


Free Freight No Longer Available

River's End Trading Company no longer offers free freight. We're offering over 50% off all products and cannot offer free freight along with our sale pricing.



FAQs

All PO's submitted on or before 6:00 pm CT on Monday, June 19th will be completed and shipped.
Any PO submitted after Monday, June 19th will be shipped blank. We will contact you to validate Ship-To address.
Please email the tape # or previous PO # to decoratedorders@riversendtrading.com and we will email your DST file within 3-4 business days. We are unable to search your account and send all tapes, our system is not configured that way, so a tape # or previous PO # is required.
We advise you to call us at 1-800-488-4800 to ensure that your backorder is expected to arrive as planned. If your goods are still coming in, we will be unable to decorate them for you but can ship them to a decorator of your choice. Some stock will no longer be coming in and we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Any order submitted after Monday, June 19th will be shipped blank.
The fastest way to have your order processed and shipped is by placing your order online. This will hold the inventory for your order immediately.

You may also email your PO to blankorders@riversendtrading.com. Orders emailed will be entered within 24 hours and a RE Customer Care Rep will need to contact you to obtain Credit Card information before we can process your order. Please note we cannot guarantee stock will still be available from the time you submit your PO to the time it gets entered into our system.

We cannot hold inventory for payment at a future date. Payment must be made up front prior to shipping.
